With a population of 47 people and about 16 houses, The town of Crab Orchard Nebraska is a quite town most days of the year. A Crab Orchard Christmas brings an approximate 3,000 visitors from the surrounding areas into this small town. Cars line the street to watch the show. The show is computerized and broadcasted on short range FM radio. Containing approx 50,000 lights, and the introduction of pixels, visitors sit in their cars, tune the radio to the station, and watch the spectacle of lights dance to music.
