As I pass down this crown, I think about the past year and what it taught me. This crown made me learn what it meant to be a role model, a better person and what it meant to make the rodeo industry better. This past year has been one of the greatest years of my life and I would not of traded it for the world. I cannot thank my amazing support system enough for helping me through it. I am going to miss every grand entry, every picture and every moment this crown has gave me.
To the next queen, I hope you think about all the little humans on the other side of the arena and do everything you possibly can to make thier day and encourage them to fight for thier dreams. Take this crown and run with it, make every moment worth it.
