Use this handy receipt template to keep your Fall Product program organized and running smoothly!

Parents: Fill out the customer and order details before the products arrive to ensure a seamless delivery day.

Younger Girls: Use this form to practice matching items and tracking customer orders.

Older Girls: Take the lead! Independently fill out the form, calculate totals, and manage deliveries (with adult backup as needed).

Today is all about celebrating the stars and stripes! Flag Day is the perfect reminder of what this beautiful symbol stands for—and the incredible tradition of learning to care for it.

For young leaders, mastering a Flag Ceremony is so much more than a formal tradition. It builds confidence, teamwork, and leadership. Standing tall, projecting your voice, and working in sync to honor a shared symbol teaches responsibility and poise. When a girl commands a color guard, she steps into her own power as a leader!

🎨 The Story & Symbolism

The Birthday: Adopted on June 14, 1777.

Colors: Red for bravery, White for purity, and Blue for justice.

The Design: Our 50-star flag was actually designed by a 17-year-old student for a class project!

🤝 Handling with Care (Etiquette)

Sun Up to Sun Down: Display from sunrise to sunset, or keep it brightly lit at night.

Weather Check: Bring it inside during storms unless it's an all-weather flag.

Never Touch the Ground: Team coordination is key to keeping it flying high!

🔥 Retirement & Protection
When a flag gets worn out, it is retired in a respectful, private ceremony—most commonly and properly through a solemn fire ceremony.
