CALL OF DAD DUTY | MW4 BETA DAY 2 UPDATE 🎮

Day 2 of the MW4 Open Beta is here, and they’re already making changes based on what players are actually experiencing. Ground War also joins the party today with Wolves Stadium and Imjin Farmlands.

Dad’s Take:
I like seeing changes coming this quickly instead of waiting until the Beta is almost over. Ground War gives us something completely different to jump into today, and the Warzone audio/camera changes are probably the biggest ones for me. Footsteps getting brought back closer to what we’re used to in Warzone should help a lot. Now I want to see how all of this actually feels in-game.

MULTIPLAYER
Ground War: Combat Outpost is LIVE
New Ground War maps: Wolves Stadium & Imjin Farmlands
Weapons with less than 60 reserve rounds now get an extra magazine or equivalent50 GS Magna damage reduced
Kill Confirmed tags have a larger pickup radius and can be grabbed immediately
Overall PC performance improvements
Independent/Affected FOV choice restored
Care Package, audio, menu, progression and visual bugs fixed
WARZONE
Multiple UAVs will no longer combine into an Advanced UAV
Footstep audio distances adjusted back toward the live Warzone experience
First-Person Camera Movement can now be reduced to 25% Minimal
HUD shake can now be turned ON/OFF
Mid-air Finishing Moves now have blood effects
Resurgence disconnect issue fixed
Heartbeat Sensor battery-drop bug fixed
Spectator Mode lock-up fixed
Several loot, audio, UI and Killstreak issues fixed
WARZONE WEAPON CHANGES

--Krait P68--
Max damage: 42 → 46
First mid-range damage: 37 → 39
Longer second mid-damage range
Head multiplier: 1.4 → 1.3
Neck multiplier: 1.15 → 1.0
Upper torso multiplier: 1.15 → 1.0

--.50 GS--
Attachment options adjusted, including XRK Mil-Tac Suppressor and Cronen R808

Plenty of Beta left. Time to get back in there and see if these changes actually make a difference.
