Ballroom at Maryland UMD College Park's social and competitive Ballroom and Latin Dance club. No experience necessary!

Since our founding in 1994, Ballroom at Maryland's (BAM) main focus has been ballroom and Latin dancing for fun, whether it be social dancing or competition. The DC collegiate ballroom scene primarily focuses on International style ballroom dance, as does BAM! We aim to promote dancing and offer free lessons during the semester, organize rides to social dances in the DC area, and run events like BAMJam and the Terpsichorean Ball! We also have a competition team that travels all over the east coast and even host a few competitions on the University of Maryland campus!

Never danced before? Thats ok! Our beginner lesson starts at 5:30 pm. The social floor opens at 6:30 pm. We hope to see you there!
