It doesn’t require an explanation, apology, or anything more. But wow, does it stir the pot.

Say yes, and people smile, nod, and move on.

Say no, and there’s a kerfuffle.
“Are you sure?”
“Why not?”

It’s funny, isn’t it?
Yes brings closure.
No brings more conversation.

But here’s the truth: sometimes, no is the most honest, and freeing, healthy word we can say. It gives others the right to say it, too. So…

•No to overcommitment.
•No to draining relationships.
•No to things that don’t align with your values or capacity.

Your yes matters. So protect it with a well-placed no ! 💛

In the end, most people appreciate and prefer a yes or a no.

🐚🐚🐚~Butt-prints In The Sand~🐚🐚🐚

One night I had a wondrous dream.
One set of footprints there was seen.
The footprints of my precious Goddess,
But mine were not along the shore.

And then the strangest print appeared.
I asked the Goddess,” What have we here?”
This print is large and round and neat.
“But Goddess, it’s much too big for feet.”

“My child,” She said in somber tones,
“For miles I carried you alone.
I challenged you to walk in faith,
But you refused and gained no strength.”

“You laid quite still. You would not grow,
This walk is not for me, you know.
So I got tired. I got fed up.
And there I dropped you on your butt.”

“Because in life, there comes a time,
When one must walk, and one must climb,
and one must rise and take a stand;
Or leave one's butt-prints in the sand.”

America! land of the free and home of the brave. Let us join in prayer for our world and it's people. To make America great again.

Pray for us,
and gain for our nation and world,
and for all our families and loved ones,
the protection of your holy angels,
that we may be spared the worst of this illness.

For those already afflicted,
we ask you to obtain the grace of healing and deliverance.
Hear the cries of those who are vulnerable and fearful,
wipe away their tears and help them to trust.

In this time of trial and testing,
teach all of us to love one another and to be patient and kind.
Help us to bring the peace to our land and to our hearts.

We come to you with confidence,
knowing that you truly are compassionate to the
health of the sick and cause of our joy.

Shelter us under the mantle of your protection, keep us in the embrace of your arms, help us always to know the love of your radiant healing light."
