This post is definitely overdue! I cannot say enough good things about over in Cambridge. Emily and I were lucky enough to make it to the east coast twice this year, and we couldn’t escape Boston without getting sucked into the incredible tiki vortex that is Wusong Road. The drinks were fantastic and the food was even better, I’m honestly salivating thinking about that pupu platter and bao 😂 and I’m not just saying this because I designed a mug for them! Speaking of which, it was such a surreal experience seeing your work get passed around neighboring tables and on almost every shelf. Such a fun night and I can’t wait to get back there!

⚠️LONG POST⚠️ Hey everyone! It’s been a while! Our last few months have looked a lot like this, but yesterday we finally sent out all pending Tiki Kaipeka orders! Honestly, I can’t describe how it feels to have completed our first preorder. As some of you know, I had some health issues this year that extended the production time by quite a bit. I’m happy to report that I’m healthy and also want to say a huge THANK YOU for everyone’s patience while I navigated this new system. We learned a lot and will definitely be making some changes to how we sell mugs in the future. But again, thank you all so much for your patience, your well wishes, and your business. We’ve been working our butts off and it’s time for a little vacation…ok maybe a big vacation! I’m typing this on an airplane heading to Fiji and after that, New Zealand! Emily and I will be hiking through Aotearoa looking for inspiration, adventure and maybe a kiwi or two. I’ll post some photos when I can, excited to transition out of production mode and get creative again, and of course share it with all of you! Talk soon!! -Emily & Mikey
