Reiki, Japanese for "universal life energy", is a healing technique where the therapist can channel energy into the patient to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

A Sound Nap is a musical experience where the audience is invited to lie down and relax completely, entering into a tranquil state. The gentle calming music transports the listener to that special state of mind between wakefulness and sleep, causing the sense of time to completely fade away.
