Pose & Paint- A Chakra Awakening Experience! ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍🧘🏽‍♀️🎨

Join us as we explore the ROOT, SACRAL, & SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA!

The event will begin with the option to receive a Chakra Reading.

What’s a chakra reading?

We will be utilizing a crystal pendulum and ask you to lie down on your back. We will then hang the pendulum above your 7 main chakras one at a time. The pendulum will spin or not giving us a reading on the state of your chakras (opened, closed, partially open, etc.).

Next we will talk more in-depth about Chakra’s in general focusing on your first 3 Chakra’s - ROOT, SACRAL, & SOLAR PLEXUS

We will then begin 30 mins of YOGA with Mary Beth followed by a guided meditation led by Sylvia while you enjoy the sound of Crystal Chakra bowls.

We will then begin painting. The painting will be based on the 3 chakras we focused on, and aimed at awakening those chakras.

About 5 years ago, it felt like I met the moon for the first time. I was introduced to the power of utilizing the moon as a manifestation tool to bring forth any and everything I desired. It is a power tool, it is to be handled with care, and intention. I have used the phases of the moon to bring forth my husband and child. I have used the phases of the moon to put me back together after ending relationships that were no longer serving me. I have sat with the moon in tears of sorrow and joy. The moon and I are very closely acquainted and I’d like to share this practice with you.

I am beginning a series of gatherings aimed at connecting with the moon and using it to manifest the life of your dreams. These events will be every 2 weeks on the new and full moon. You will yield the best results when you come consistently and eventually you will be able to develop your own practice at home. Each of these session will close with an art activity that corresponds to the energy of the moon. There will be an extended mediation, so I am asking you to bring a yoga mat, and any props you need to lye comfortably on the floor, such as blankets or boasters.
