Hey parents!
Just wanted to post a quick announcement. I know thereās only a few weeks left to the summer classes, but Iām posting this now so itās established before the fall classes startš
Every week I spend a lot of money on the supplies for both classes. And I know before Iāve said if you canāt attend both classes I can refund the money to you for a missed class. And I still want to keep that rule! Just need to make a change to it.
*If you know your kiddo canāt attend class I just need a 24hr notice otherwise I donāt think Iāll be able to refund the money that missed class, because sometimes Iāve bought a lot to make sure the kids have enough for the craft theyāre doing and there were absences I wasnāt made aware of and/or I refunded the money to a parent after I had already bought their supplies for that day. Even if you didnāt pay in advance for that day, I need a 24 notice please before I spend the time and money prepping. If I donāt have a notice, the payment for the missed class is still needed because I prepared for them to come. But I absolutely understand emergencies and unpredictable situations happen. Going forward I think I just need to establish a 24hr rule before the money gets spent on supplies. Thereās just so much time, effort, planning and shopping that goes into the classes.
I may have to continue to tweak some things for the fall but for now I just wanted to post this. Thank you!š
