In the Clearwater Plaza shopping center on Missouri we saw 4 different birds hanging out together! A spoonbill, some wood storks, an egret and a seagull!

Never saw anything like it.

What’s that they say, “Birds of a feather, flock together?” Not in this case.

This prize-winning masterpiece is called “The Queen’s Secret Garden” because of the colorful Queen Angelfish and a Queen Triggerfish.

Diving reefs around the world from Tahiti to the Red Sea in Egypt, I have seen some amazing creatures and they come alive in this painting.

There’s even a page of my dive log embedded in the under layers of this statement piece.

What do I make for an extra special breakfast on Saturday morning?

Banana buckwheat pancakes with almond flour, millet flour and cinnamon!

I put lots of real butter on them and make a topping from blueberries, strawberries, peaches and coconut cream.

Everything is organic and I cook them in 3 cast iron skillets to cook them faster.
