Waited 3 years do this!

THREE LONG YEARS!! GRR... And it only took 3 hours to paint, 4 hours to restructure and another 3 hours ish to make the booth secure for dancing lol - working progress @ THE DJ HANGOUT a monthly membership fee for 24 hour access (excluding live feed shows and space event rentals). It's only a test Run, no promises 👉 if 10 members join at $75 a month, I'll move this concept to a real venue (always byob 21+ for now).

Members will have a keycode and live real-time active member on premiaes calendar, to see if people are already actively there, giving you the members contact name/number to see thier status (15 people max - for now).

It looks like I will be replicating this business concept at Loft 51 NYC (excluding weekends and holidays) - the owner loves it waiting how it goes here in Florida. Yes it should be in Tampa, and may will be for the next spot - since we're signing a franchise agreement for Not Just Lashes this October 2022, we have to give the space back to the Esticians, we're is truly belongs as of this October. So we don't have much time left to get the Experiment "never done before" music driven concept for the artists to call home.

Opening to the public this month 🙌 A BYOB lounge dedicated to DJ and producers. Giving them a space to hang out or work out of 24 hours A-day 7 days a week. It's a new concept that's never been done before and hope it works out. We are not looking to make a profit, we are looking to make a difference. There is a lot of struggling artists out there that don't know what they're doing, or how to handle the business aspect of their career and this spot gives them a place to learn and absorb from old timers. Eventually it will be a membership venue so you/we/us don't have to deal with the liquor law licensing, keeping it simple with a BYOB concept.
