This summer makes 40 years since I made my first pause tape beats. I'm damn sure not saying I was good that whole time. In fact, realistically, I was trash for 20+ years. But I refused to give up, and kept honing my craft. I'm ready now, motherf**kers. You don't gotta like what I do, but it's 100% deliberate. I sound about 92% just like I want to, and the other 8% is coming. Right now. My rule is to improve every single day. The sun will rise, and I will be better than yesterday. 💕 ♾️

I'm glad DJ Marvelous reminded me he exists today. I'm not good at keeping up with folks but he's a cool human being. I miss him.
