TWO CLOSINGS TODAY!

Two completely different dreams. And this is exactly why I love what I do.

One closing was a beautiful new build in Mount Sterling for a growing family — a place where they’ll make memories, raise their kids, and put down some roots.

The other was a property in the Gorge for a couple who have a vision of building their dream cabin in one of the most beautiful places in Kentucky.

After three weeks, thousands of miles, and some of the most incredible scenery our country has to offer, we're finally home.

THE POWER OF A SIGN.

Last week, I put a sign in a seller's yard.

And before we ever hit the MLS, before professional photos, before ads, and before even the thought of an open house, we had a potential buyer.

Today we went UNDER CONTRACT.

Why? Because the right buyer drove by, saw the sign, and knew that was the house they'd been waiting for.

That's a great reminder that sometimes the simplest things still work.
