Sometimes an opportunity comes along that you simply canโ€™t say no toโ€ฆ and this is one of those times. ๐Ÿค

Weโ€™ve been given an incredible opportunity to spend the remainder of the summer season in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, managing a ranch resort restaurant!

So, The Bop Shop will be taking a little break while we pack our bags, trade Oklahoma for the mountains, and jump headfirst into this unexpected adventure.

Experimented with my regular croissants and made Cheesecake Croissant Buns, one with peaches & caramel.. the other with rich milk chocolate!
