Marlin Building

🏡 St. Clair is home. Build with someone who calls it home, too!

Whether you’re building your dream home or giving your kitchen the makeover it deserves, keep it local! Marlin Building has been part of the St. Clair County community for generations, built on the hard work and legacy of our father, Harvey Brown. Today, we’re proud to carry that tradition forward and help our neighbors make the most of their homes.

We’re still booking consultations for Spring 2027 builds, so now’s the time to sit down with Matti and start making those plans!

📞 Give us a call and let’s get building! From the first design meeting to the final touches, your hometown Marlin team is here to bring your vision to life.
