My son Hadrien, who has just spent two weeks in Chimayó, took photos and a video of the house—which is already able to welcome visitors even before the entire site is built.

Yesterday, about twenty guests came over to share a good time.
Little Angelo (4 months old) received a painting—*Planet Chimayó*—as a welcome gift to this world.
There was also the unveiling of the painting "LIFE,"
plus a housewarming for the new building, which isn't quite finished yet but is coming along very nicely.

Hier une vingtaine d’invités sont venu pour partager un bon moment
Le petit Angelo ( 4 mois) a reçu un tableau :
“La Planète Chimayò” comme cadeau de bienvenue sur cette terre.
En prime le vernissage du tableau : « LIFE »
Et la crémaillère du nouveau bâtiment qui n’est pas totalement fini mais en très bonne voie 😉

A simple garden sprinkler system mounted on the roof. This could come in handy, given that the major forest fire isn't far off... and nothing goes to waste, as it waters the planters and part of the garden.

un système simple d’asperseur de jardin fixé sur le toit .
Cela pourrait être utile car le grand feu de forêt n’est pas loin …
et rien ne se perd en arrosant les jardinières et une partie du jardin

I redid the Orno stucco, which was peeling off, by installing a metal structure.
This afternoon the final touch was applied to the adobe with two coats of linseed oil.

Finally, the last painting
“ LIFE” , I started two years ago is varnished and framed.

—it’s always stressful, because two years of work could be ruined.
