Grounded Meditation & Breathing Through Ballet Technique taught by Abundance Emi ✨

If you’ve always wanted to take ballet but have felt intimidated, this class offers a gentle non-traditional approach. This class includes guided meditation, breath work, deep stretching, and an intro to ballet posture & technique paired with mindful breathing. The goal is to leave class with a peaceful mind and greater awareness of the body.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or pillow to sit on. Wear clothes you can comfortably move in. Ballet shoes or socks are recommended.

This class is charged on a sliding scale $5-$25 suggested donation. I will never turn someone away if they can absolutely not pay, as I value accessibility to the arts.

This class is open to all levels and people 16 years or older.

Hosted at every other Sunday 12pm-1:30pm starting July 30th.

I’m seeking interest for a potential class I’d like to start teaching. Please comment below if this is something that interests you. And feel free to share!

Meditation and Grounding through Ballet Technique.
This class would offer breath work, deep stretching, and introduction to ballet posture and technique. I’ve loved taking ballet the majority of my life and would love to present it in this non traditional way. This is a class that would happen once or twice a month on Sundays. The fee for the class would be $10-$15 suggested donation. I would never turn someone away if they absolutely could not pay. I only have an expected year left of living in Chico and would love to share my love of dance before beginning my journey next year!
