My brother and my sister I've been there. I'm still there. I need you to pray. Not simply because you need to talk to God but simply because you need to heal your spirit and get in the right frame of mind.

Go ahead and cry. Because that's okay. But then after that I need you to do one thing for me. I need you to repeat this five times every morning and five times every night.

My spirits are up and so am I bless my body bless my mind bless my finances bless my health bless my family keep them safe bless my enemies may you guide their way give my heart mind and soul the keys to Unity I will never fear made the trials to come be overcame may my blessings be abundant and my ignorance not be too costly may I stay on track with my highest purpose align my goals and achieve my understanding inshallah amen
