2025 beat me into the ground, but if I keep letting the universe tire me, I'll never create art.

But - I have been reading again! 💖 So, maybe, I just have to set small art goals for myself in the same way I set up for myself to be able to read even a few pages per day.

We'll see! My relationship with art has always been so funky.

I have never created adoptables, but I do create OCs and have been gifted some by a good friend, so I have an idea of how things work.

you can call me (mee•kee), which is an abbreviation of my real name. i like to illustrate digitally and occasionally dabble in other kinds of art. i am a chicana artist who adores all things pink, spooky, and cute (especially kawaii culture).

while i try to find my own style, i admit that i have long been inspired by shoujo mangas, cartoons, different fashion styles, and ghibli films. i also view valfré, tokidoki, and sanrio as influences.

my intention is for this to be an art page, but i'd also like to make it a space where i can share things that resonate with me, either visually or personally. hopefully, through this, i can connect with fellow creatives and art lovers.
