Dancing With Chicago Celebrities Raising funds to fight breast cancer. Please help us fight the fight!

Founded in 2006 by Jill DeMarlo, the Chicago area franchisee of Arthur Murray, Dancing With Chicago Celebrities happens once a year to raise money to fight the fight against breast cancer. Media, sports and entertainment personalities from all over the Chicago area come together for a celebrity dance-off on one magical night to dance a few steps to help fight breast cancer. The evening is filled w

ith great ballroom dancing - from celebrities, from corporate leaders and from the best professional ballroom dancers in Chicago, all from Arthur Murray, and lots of of chances to donate to the fight against breast cancer. This was the first event of its kind in Chicago and while it's inspired others to create similar events, nothing comes close to the real thing! In 2012, we incorporated as an independent 501(c)(3) organization so all donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Our professional show featured a touching tribute to Katrina Rodriguez Morales, a dearly departed member of our Arthur Murray dance family. 🕊️

She is among the brave and beautiful women whom breast cancer has taken, and she remains a driving force in the hearts of her friend and our board member, Amy, as well as the love of her life, Tavio, who brought us to this moment on the dance floor.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to honor her and all the women we fight for. 💗 Now, the wind beneath our wings…
