Oh my goodness--- sometimes God just puts us in the way of things. This little guy was completely abandoned by his Mom as well as his other 5 brothers/sisters because he was born with only one eye open and just couldn't keep up -not that he didn't try... He followed my scent and later made his way to my patio dehydrated and all. In spite of his differences I find this little guy so courageous and strong. Looking forward to creating "Peetie the Mighty Squirrel". All the best to this little guy and places like Fox Valley Wildlife Center Insider for taking him in. I will always remember...
