My heart is oh so full I can’t even put into words how I truly feel. I’ve been asking God for years who is this and why do you think I’m a fit mother for someone so destined? I’ll never forget the day my son looked at me with tears in his eyes and burdened.

He told me “mom what I know can help change the world.” He was only 11 at the time. At 13 he has begun his work giving his first sermon.

God I thank you for you have taken my heartbreak of loosing a child and turned it into an abundance an unspeakable joy a really special gift

I remember there was fear when I found out you were coming. Afraid that I wouldn’t be able to successfully get you here. I remember I almost died the day after your entry into this world. But all I’ve experienced since is the joy God brings.
You’re so unusual in the best way peculiar. You light up a room. The ability to talk to an adult about world problems and solutions. Yet hang with the kids and not make them feel lesser. Your hugs heal me in all my broken places. Your thoughtfulness is unmatched.

Son you’re so extremely special you fascinate me. I often ask God who are you. And please let me stick around to see. I can’t believe God allowed me to be your mommy. Happy 13th Birthday son. Aaaaaaaahhh I HAVE A TEENAGER. Mind blown thank you so much God!

This was 7 years ago.
Before I started working on film sets, before working for celebrities, before I became your phone call for the engagement, wedding and baby shower, before working with actual brands, before the portfolio got a lil fancy all I knew was God had me on this one. Thanks so much Chief Williams wishing you nothing but blessing thanks for being a pawn in Gods game of chess never forget he used a donkey.

If you’re ever feeling discouraged look back if you feel the people are against you look forward. Because God will always remind you where he bought you from and if you trust him. He’ll blow your mind when you start to see where you’re going
