The best conferences don't just deliver information. They create experiences people carry with them long after the closing session.
When people remember an event months later, it's rarely because of a slide deck.
They remember the conversation that challenged them.
The question that stayed with them.
The moment they saw themselves differently.
That's the standard I bring into every conference, summit, and leadership event I facilitate.
Content matters.
But the experience people have with that content matters even more.
Because information fills notebooks.
Experiences shape perspective.
