Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 box of German chocolate cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (12 ounces) caramel topping
For the Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Directions:
