This July & August, catch Contemporary with sub Lindsey Scouten on Fridays, 11:45am-1:15pm. Class is at our summer location The Chicago Academy for the Arts thru Aug. 14th*
Class will begin with a led warm-up, rooted in sensations, pleasure, and building heat - ending with a combination for artists to explore their limits and endless capabilities. This class is meant for the artist looking for an open space to research and connect to their authentic movement, balanced with technicality through guided modalities.
