Hello my dears!!
I have been so busy with my ceramics class (it’s almost over!), moving to my new apartment, and graduate school prep that I have not been posting as much as I would’ve liked on here! I wanted to hop on here and share some fun facts about me in the meantime of me getting my life together💖
⚡️I was born in Chicago and grew up in Wheaton, IL. I have two sisters and my favorite things to do as a kid we43 drawing, figure skating, and cheerleading!
⚡️I have a BA in psychology from the University of Alabama, where I was a and aestablished and led a women’s empowerment nonprofit chapter!
⚡️I will be attending this fall to get my dual masters in Art Therapy and Counseling. I’m so excited to learn how I can use creativity to help others get through challenges and express themselves 💖
⚡️My favorite color is pink, and my favorite song of all time is Love Story by Taylor Swift. My favorite movie is Romeo & Juliet (the one with Douglas Booth and Hailee Steinfeld), and Maipo Valley, Chile, is stop # 1 on my travel bucket list
⚡️my goals for my art and MMP is yo never stop creating and I’d like to transition into more physical paintings and fine art since that’s where I have the most proficiency! Mass production of the same thing over and over is difficult without a factory, especially when I want to be mindful of my carbon footprint and costs as a small business!
⚡️my biggest dream is to have my floral paintings on planner covers! I’m super into organization and planning since I have to compensate for my severe ADHD.
⚡️Artists I admire are and .rosenthal.art !! I’m super into impasto, chunky paintings like C Brooke Ring’s landscapes, and Meghan’s abstract work is so vibrant, and I love her composition style—it’s balanced but asymmetrical!
