Happy to be teaching yoga again. I have spent the last three years or so concentrating on my own healing, strengthening my yoga and meditation practice, and now ready to hold space with others. I’m happy to say that I am well, cancer accompanied me for a bit, now in balance with my body, mind and spirit. I’m so grateful for all the support and love received from my children, family and friends. So much love 💕
