WOW!! is all we can say about our AMAZING collaboration with Soaring Arts Studio these last several months. When we were first dreaming about this project in January, I said I wanted it to feel like the circus is coming to town. . . IT DOES!! HOORAY for collaborative art!!

With over 100 artists making ceramic story plates for the Seat at the Table exhibit, we worried about how everyone was going to FIT at the table! Solution? Print everyone's designs on the tablecloth! The ceramic plates will be on a rotating exhibit during the Pitch Haus residency, but EVERYONE's design will at the table everyday! Thank you Trista Palmer for your love and care in piecing all this together!! We're so glad to have your help in setting the table. . .AND your story plate at the table ❤️❤️❤️❤️

What are some of the “tables” or “spaces” in your life where you feel or have felt most welcomed, comfortable, valued and included?

With the upcoming “Seat at the Table” Project, we’ve been talking a lot about that very thing! If we are honest, we all want to be a part of something! We want to have the feeling that we are sitting around a table with our loved ones! The drawing below is Emilee Schwiebert’s interpretation of a big table, and it’s somewhere that looks sooo inviting!
