Exactly why we started PRIDE+GROOM! Our dogs sleep (or sit) on our pillows, shove their paws under the covers and all over our bedding and us. We shove our faces into their fur. I was so nervous to take bring this adorable senior dog Barnaby (such a fitting name) home as I already have 3 dogs, a husband who does not want more dogs, an apt building that only allows 2 dogs.. i could go on with all the reasons I should not take this dog! That said I just had to get him out of the shelter for a weekend. Animal Haven is as good a shelter as you will find but it’s still a shelter. This is Barnaby- he walks like a baby deer, follows me around, has terrible breath from rotten teeth, loves food and a comfy bed, so incredibly sweet and gentle. We’ve all fallen in love and it’s been less than 24 hours! We need to help Barnaby find his forever home. Share, forward and follow for more updates.
