This was actually one of the harder books I’ve had to narrate. Why? Well in part because this immersive story was told from different vantage points, different nationalities, different life experiences across many many years. Staying true to the author’s voice and intent was an amazing journey as Akuany’s life played out in each spoken word and the spaces and places in-between. ✨
