Then she asked her followers that were teachers to please provide ways they are coping and YOU GUYS, the answers will break your heart. Our teachers should be LOVED on, respected, and taken care of. Which side of the argument are you on? You see, every time someone gets into the debate of "would you rather be HOT or COLD" - most people choose Cold because "you can always add more layers". While they are right, you certainly can - That solution doesn't really work with me.

The Italian and I created a weekly date night by going to Yoga together on Monday nights at .

Once what we thought would just be something quick to get our bodies off the couch and moving has turned into so much more.

It has CHANGED THE GAME in how we approach the rest of our work weeks and more importantly how we communicate with each other. While we thought we would just become each other's accountability partners it has created space for vulnerability and intentional time spent together.

How do you create space for yourself to pause? When do you and your partner put your phones down and intentionally spend time together? I'd love to hear some other "date" ideas as I will never be against incorporating more of this into our weekly routine.
Yesterday, I had a friend reach out to me in full-on tears. If you know anything about growing up in the south, then you will know what the unrealistic "timeline of success" looks like. As a single, southern, 30 something-year-old female, If you didn't graduate high school, go to college, get married and start popping out babies by 30, then, unfortunately, you probably may be living out your 30's feeling as though you are not "where you should be" by now.

I am here to tell you, that simply is not true. I am living proof that the unrealistic pressures they put on us to accomplish certain things by certain ages in this world are COMPLETE TRASH. No one can tell you what you're pathway to success looks like but YOU and you are exactly where you need to be in this moment in life.

I can not and will not ever get over this silver, boxwood, mirror seating chart wall we did for Jen and Matt's wedding day. It made for such a grand entrance to the ballroom and even better served as a backdrop to the bride and groom's table right (on the other side) in front of the dance floor.
