Born in March of 1947 in central North Carolina, Jim Avett learned early the educational and entertainment value of storytelling. We had an absolute blast hearing Jim’s story and filming his live session. Not only is he a talented songwriter and storyteller, but just an overall genuine, caring, and fun person to be around. We look forward to hearing your thoughts about this heartwarming tune focused on a long journey between him and his old truck.

Though it's been several months since the initial filming of this track, we'll never forget how amazing of a day this was. If you haven't listened to Calvin yet, now's the time! We had an absolute blast hearing his story and filming his live session 🎵🎥 Not only is he a talented songwriter and storyteller, but just an overall genuine, caring, and fun person to be around.
