I love these because I can make them low carb with cauliflower rice! Add whatever ingredients you like- this one includes ground beef, cauliflower rice, black beans, cilantro, onion, spicy guacamole, cheese and sour cream! And of course a little lime juice- bc what’s anything taco without lime 🤤

Avocado Toast 🍞🥑💚

-Organic Seeded Whole Wheat bread topped with whipped ricotta cheese (I added a little garden veggie cream cheese to the ricotta), smashed avocado, bacon, & a fried egg (Cooked how you like, but I prefer over easy so I can use the toast to soak up all the yummy yolk.) Sprinkle a little crushed red pepper and everything bagel seasoning. Drizzled with a little honey for a touch of sweetness.
