Cool girls don’t know what they’re doing but they’re doing it anyway, can I get an amen? 😝😝

I am taking some time to think about what I want borderline art to be, what do I want to represent, what do I want to do, how do I want to do it, etc. and although I can’t plan for every little thing, I do find peace in having a purpose, having a why. And that’s what I’ve really being stewing on. It’s also super hard to do right now, when there’s doom and gloom everywhere. Why should my little business be important? Or maybe, how do I use it for importance? I’ve always been loud and over the top, so why not continue?

Thank you for all your support, especially this past weekend at Art Struck! Y’all really showed up!!!

My days have consisted of making, shaping, cleaning, painting, cleaning, repeat hundreds of times!

I love making jewelry, magnets, bolo ties, etc. and I have lots of control over them because I can fire them in my tiny kiln. Lots of pickles, the loml (pufferfish), ICE OUT, some 423 and JC stuff, ETSU, and frame/stamp earrings ‼️‼️‼️

Be sure to come out THIS Saturday 10-5 to Artstruck downtown JC. I’ll also be at on May 6th for and Saturday May 9th at walnut!!!

We’ve been grinding hard over here getting ready for “market season”

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately about what I want to do and how I go about doing it. I’m not quite sure what it is yet. I’m trying to give myself grace on the controlling and perfectionist side of things. But also for the sake of my brain I need a little structure. I’m feeling incredibly unregulated and a bit chaotic. But we’re getting through it and learning more every day!

A lil vase for my lover, with homegrown marigolds! What a cool moment to hold this thing I made from mud with flowers I grew from seeds.

This song means a lot to us, as I know it does to so many people. Now when we bring home flowers we can say to put them in ‘the vase that you bought today’ hehehe
