🌍🥁 SO… WHAT EXACTLY IS NANIOUBOLO? 👀

It’s dance.

It’s drumming.

It’s music.

It’s history.

It’s community.

It’s Africa and the diaspora meeting in the Queen City. 👑

Nanioubolo African Dance & Drum Festival was created to bring West African culture into the heart of Charlotte through movement, music, education, performance, and connection.

For four days, we’ll gather with local and international artists, dancers, drummers, families, culture lovers, and curious newcomers to celebrate the richness of African culture and its influence across the diaspora.

This isn’t just something to watch.

Come experience it.
