Our Story

elements in mocean (pronounced “elements in motion”) was started by Jenna and Kristen in the summer of 2015. Both ladies grew up performing whether it be trapeze, aerial silks, tap jazz or ballet. They began spinning fire together in 2014 and the magic just kept unfolding as they choreographed dances together. Their vision for elements in mocean is to share their passion for mindful movement with others through performances and teaching workshops.

Over the years they have brought other bright souls into the troupe that have the same zest for life and creativity. From flying through the air with aerial silks or partner acrobatics, dancing on the earth, and spinning fire to living by the Caribbean sea, this troupe is inspired by all elements.

Earth below us, sky above us and fire within us.
