Talk about customer service. I contacted Lego for new sets that I bought that the brown legos are breaking. I was told it’s a known issue with the brown pieces and that they don’t have them in their warehouse. I asked why they still sell them in the stores instead of recalling the faulty sets and of course it was to sell existing inventory. When I asked about replacement blocks for the ones that shattered in my 6 year old hands, I was told to find a place online to purchase them…. What a joke…. Hasbro on the other hand…. I purchased 2 transformers for my son for Christmas and bumblebee had a bad hand. They also don’t have them in their warehouse…. Yesterday I received a box from fedex from Hasbro containing 2 new transformers and an apology for not being able to fix the ones purchased…. Can you see who actually cares about their customers?
