It has been a life line, a teacher, an opponent, a mirror, and a healthy coping tool. I express my big emotions through art, sometimes written, spoken, painted, or even cast. My doctor recommended art as a way to help my brain detox from a medication for nerve pain. It made me so sick, in every conceivable way, and she said that art and music would help with the physical healing. I dove in and hav

en't looked back since. Every day I think of something new that I want to try. Every day I try to make something, or work on the next thing I am going to make. It is exciting and cathartic. You should also know I am painfully real. Sometimes I swear like a sailor, other times my words are very measured. It's a real good time trying to figure out where I'll land next. I'm terribly sarcastic and entirely soft hearted. If you've dropped in I hope you'll say hello.
