While we are so sad that our client had to cancel their son’s bar mitzvah celebration, we are so humbled that our amazing caterer donated all of the food to the very worthy organization, People to People. Truly a silver lining amid all of the craziness we are all dealing with. Hoping all of our clients, friends and family stay healthy and safe!

Whatever your budget is when you are planning an event, part of our approach at Monique Banks Party is to help you spend it in the right places. Check out a article we were highlighted in discussing how you can save big and still make a fabulous impact by moving from smaller tables to larger tables. While there are differing opinions on how to design them (personally we opt for smaller center pieces) and whether or not to have place cards (we actually always advise having them no matter what kind of table) you'll see in the article one thing we all agree on is that going with larger, communal tables can mean big savings and still wow your guests! Proud and so pleased that Party By Monique was recognized by Sophisticated Weddings. Check out the piece about us and Ariel’s wedding this past summer. To be featured in a section in which “Some of New York’s most illustrious wedding professionals shared their prized moments and creations from the last year” is beyond exciting for us. We love what we do!
