Alright so I stuck to my word via my live video insert today (10/28/2020) and did day eighteen of the and day four of the 300 swing challenge. I ended up doing 100 swings I was winded but I’m really trying to take advantage of my heart rate gained from swinging to burn fat. I don’t have a treadmill so I’m waiting for Planet Fitness to open at Greenbriar Town Center Greenbriar Community-Fairfax VA. I would like to enter a physique/ bodybuilding competition within the next year or two using the for / mixed with treadmill work NPC MM Virginia. I want to use in particular. I want full control of my heart to induce muscular growth. I want to train differently. Planet Fitness is opening in Greenbriar Community-Fairfax VA - at Greenbriar town center. Anyone know of any personal trainers of such knowledge?

Hello if anyone sees this dog running around outside please contact me or the animal shelter ASAP. My parents reported him missing this evening when the gate lock came undone and he got out around 6:30-7ish. His collar had fallen off but he was chipped from his previous owner and the information should have been updated when we got him a couple years ago. His name is Jethro. Please let us know if you find him, we are worried sick and it is cold outside so please get him inside if you do find him.
