May 30th was a gorgeous day at The Rusty Mallard as Melissa & Andrew said “I Do” surrounded by their favorite people and some of their favorite things!

Guests enjoyed incredible food from The Butcher BBQ Stand, while the Chandler High School Band absolutely knocked it out of the park during social hour on the patio.

A special shoutout goes to our assistants, Jaylee & Taylor, who stepped in to help plan and coordinate this wedding. They did a fantastic job keeping everything on track and ensuring the day ran smoothly from start to finish.

Thank you, Melissa & Andrew, for allowing us to be a part of such a beautiful celebration. We wish you a lifetime of happiness, laughter, and unforgettable memories together! ❤️

We love looking through albums and sneak peeks after wedding day. We love sharing all the beautiful details, but even more than that, we love sharing the moments that truly stood out throughout each celebration.

We had so much fun with Abby, Seth, and 150 of their closest family and friends. Working closely with Abby throughout the planning process was such a joy. Some brides prefer to hand everything over and simply show up on wedding day, and we love that. Others enjoy being more hands-on throughout the planning process, and we love that too.

Abby and I talked or messaged weekly to ensure every detail was exactly how she had always envisioned it. By the time wedding weekend arrived, we were prepared and ready for anything. Even a 100% chance of rain couldn’t dampen our spirits! Apparently, all you have to do is bury a sausage and—bam—problem solved… no rain! Who knew? 🤷🏼‍♀️

These photos stand out because this group danced, danced, and danced some more—and we loved every second of it. Premier Entertainment kept the party going with great music, and for hours everyone, including our sweet couple, was out on the dance floor having the time of their lives.

And to us, that’s what it’s all about.

I have seen thousands of wedding photos throughout the years, and so many of them have been absolutely beautiful. But every now and then, there’s one that speaks a little louder than the rest. This is one of those photos.

As The Rusty Mallard’s in-house planner, I had the privilege of getting to know Regan throughout the planning process. Our venue family has known Joseph, her now husband, for several years, but getting to know Regan and her family was something truly special.

Watching the bond between Regan and her dad throughout the planning process and during their wedding weekend was evident, but then I saw this photo.

The emotion, the pride, the love, and the unspoken understanding between a father and daughter are all captured in a single moment.

I’m grateful to have been a small part of their wedding day, but even more grateful to have gotten to know them and witness the incredible relationship they share. Some bonds are simply special, and this photo says more than words ever could.
