Howdy! It’s me, Emily, and I’m participating in the 👋 Pipe your Hobby Instagram Cookie Collab by - the concept is pretty fun! We turn a hobby we have into cookies.

👉 I’d love to introduce you to mine. It’s not a huge surprise- it’s hiking! Sure I like lifting and pilates, but that training helps me get down into the valleys and reaching new heights. Especially now that I’m lucky enough to get to carry Rosalind on these adventures now 🫶🏼

🤫 Here’s a few things (almost) NO ONE knows about me.

Before I tell you my okayest-kept secrets about me, let me tell ya what I’m doing. I’ve joined a Cookie Collab - it’s a day when a bunch of bakers get together and post a theme on the same day at the same time (it’s no secret I love a good theme day 🙃)

This is the 👋 Meet the Baker Collab by . Bakers from around the country are posting pics of themselves along with interesting facts.

So here goes nothing!

1️⃣ My best friend and I have been friends for almost 30 years (28 and counting!) 👯🏽‍♀️
2️⃣ Our living room couch is my favorite color- chartreuse! 💚 What’s yours?
3️⃣ This school year will be my 14th year teaching 😳
4️⃣ I’ve been to 16 national parks (baby girl had been to 2) and want to go to all 63 🌄
5️⃣ Lakes freak me out. If I can’t see my feet in the water, I’m not getting in 🙅🏻‍♀️

🙋 If you wanna meet some other pretty awesome bakers, check out the hashtag  , and see my bakin’ besties in all their apron and icing glory!

As much as I love this design and color palette- this specific video is sped up by 5x 🤭

What’s the worst part of making cookies? Color mixing all of the frosting. My hands are so tired and the sink is so full.

I can’t wait to show you what I’m making!
