📢 Vendor Booth Placement Policy Update

Starting with our September events, we’re making a small change to vendor booth placement requests.

If you’d like to ensure placement next to friends, please book your tables together as a group rather than booking individually and requesting placement accommodations afterward.

This allows JC Shows to better manage:

🗂️ Floor layouts
🏷️ Name tags
📣 Show promotion
🤝 Venue and sponsor communication
🛠️ Other operational tasks

📢 Vendor Registration Reminder

We’ve noticed an increase in TCG vendors registering for Sports Card vendor tables after TCG tables have sold out in an effort to secure a spot at upcoming shows.

To keep our events balanced and organized, TCG vendors must register for TCG vendor tables only. The only exception is for vendors who will be selling both Sports Cards and TCG at their booth.

We understand that honest mistakes happen, but we’ve seen this enough that we wanted to clarify our policy moving forward. Our vendor categories are designed to create the best experience for both vendors and attendees, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us keep that balance.

📣 Vendor Registration Update

To help improve communication and streamline the vendor experience, JC Shows will now require a phone number during vendor registration prior to checkout for all table purchases.

We’ve recently experienced ongoing issues with missed or delayed email responses regarding waitlists, confirmations, and other important updates. Adding a phone number will allow us to communicate more efficiently and better assist vendors when opportunities become available.

It was another great show Saturday at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Iowa City.

A huge thank you to all of the attendees, vendors, and collectors who made plans to spend part of their day with us despite the beautiful weather and all of the outdoor activities and events happening around the area. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to support JC Shows and help create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere at our events.

Special thanks as well to More Flavors Hoagies, DeLovely’s Delicious Mini Donuts LLC, BEST Beverages, and the Johnson Co Fairgrounds for helping keep everyone fueled throughout the day with amazing food, treats, tasty drinks, and adult beverages available for purchase.

Despite Iowa City graduations, prom, and other outdoor activities happening around the area, it’s still a great day to be at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Iowa City.

The mini donuts are amazing 🍩, the dirty sodas are really good 🥤🔥, and the ribeye steak hoagies are absolutely to die for 🥖🥩

Collectors of all ages filling the room, making deals, sharing conversations, and enjoying the hobby all afternoon long. The show runs until 3 PM — we’ll see you here! 🏀⚾️🃏 JC Shows Johnson County IA
