📢 Vendor Booth Placement Policy Update

Starting with our September events, we’re making a small change to vendor booth placement requests.

If you’d like to ensure placement next to friends, please book your tables together as a group rather than booking individually and requesting placement accommodations afterward.

This allows JC Shows to better manage:

🗂️ Floor layouts
🏷️ Name tags
📣 Show promotion
🤝 Venue and sponsor communication
🛠️ Other operational tasks

📢 Vendor Registration Reminder

We’ve noticed an increase in TCG vendors registering for Sports Card vendor tables after TCG tables have sold out in an effort to secure a spot at upcoming shows.

To keep our events balanced and organized, TCG vendors must register for TCG vendor tables only. The only exception is for vendors who will be selling both Sports Cards and TCG at their booth.

We understand that honest mistakes happen, but we’ve seen this enough that we wanted to clarify our policy moving forward. Our vendor categories are designed to create the best experience for both vendors and attendees, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us keep that balance.

🎉 It’s buzzing at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Cedar Rapids as Day 1 of our first-ever two-day series of shows is underway with the Pokémon | TCG & Collectibles Show!

Dealers will be set up until 4:00 PM (or later), so there’s still plenty of time to stop by, browse the tables, and see what treasures you can find.

🥪 While you’re here, be sure to grab a delicious hoagie sandwich and a refreshing fresh-squeezed lemonade from More Flavor Hoagies!

🏈 We’re looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for the Sports | Pokémon Card & Collectibles Show. It’s shaping up to be another fantastic day of buying, selling, trading, and collecting!

Each day we’ll draw:
