Members of the Fortnightly Club of Catskill attended the grand opening of the Palenville Pocket Park on Rt 23A,Palenville tonight. We congratulate everyone who worked so hard to make this 6 year project (from planning inception) a reality. The park is beautiful! And there are still some finishing touches to be done.

Shown below are forms that explain the memorial bricks they are selling that will become part of the park. Support this project by buying a brick or making a donation.

This is one of the many projects/ Organizations the Fortnightly Club has donated to and YOUR support of our events and raffles help us to do this. And for that, we thank you!!
Our next BIG event is the FESTIVAL OF TREES to be held Nov. 13-15, 2026. Mark your calendars!

Tonight we celebrated another year of service and positive impact in our community with the Fortnightly Club of Catskill. Congratulations to our newly elected 2026–2027 slate of officers!

We enjoyed a fun evening together with fellow club members and honorary members, reflecting on our accomplishments, celebrating friendships, and looking ahead to another year of supporting our community through service and volunteerism.

Thank you to everyone whose dedication and commitment help make the Fortnightly Club of Catskill such a positive force in our community. We are excited for all that the coming year will bring!

Fortnightly Club member Terri Jo Gallagher, presented a check from the Fortnightly Club to Barbara Erceg, Town of Catskill Summer Recreation Director for the shed fund.

They have many items and supplies that they use for the summer Recreation program that are currently stored at an old garage at the Town Cemetery. However they can no longer be stored there after the summer. They are looking to purchase a shed that they will be able to keep these supplies in.

We are happy to support them in this endeavor but more funds are needed for this purchase. If you would like to help the summer rec program, you can contact Barbara Erceg for further information. This is a great program to keep the kids occupied with fun things to do over the summer months and Barbara truly puts her heart and soul into all she does.
