🦉 Mary sent me this photo of her carving, and I think this might be one of the most creative setups I've seen yet! 🍂 My owl looks right at home surrounded by all these fall decorations.
It’s always fun getting to see where my carvings end up! 👀 Can you spot which one is my owl? 😂

I’ll be a little quieter here for a few days while we’re in Pensacola for our daughter’s Navy A School graduation. Hoping the storm passes without too much trouble, but we wouldn’t miss seeing our girl for the world! ❤️

🎃 I think this may be my most creative carving this year.Today was one of those days where I just wanted to create something from my own imagination. I had half a log and just started cutting. Ended up with a cute pumpkin vampire to add to the Fall gang. 😆 The kids named him Fangston. Which one do you like better the Ghost or Fangston?

🐻 Biggest bear final update! When I started this guy, I knew he’d be my biggest bear yet. After what seemed like a gallon of varnish, he’s finally finished, red lantern on and ready to light up the porch for his friends. 😂 Seeing him next to my other carvings really shows just how big he turned out. I’ll be picking up some more logs soon. What should I carve next?

🐻 Biggest Bear in the making. 😂 Since this was the biggest bear I’ve carved yet, I had to pay extra attention to keeping everything proportional and getting his features just right. Do you like the red lantern?

🐻 Biggest bear update!
I was getting a little worried before adding the lantern because he was starting to look like he was at the disco. 😂 I went with black and brown so the lantern would really stand out. Just a few finishing touches then he'll be ready to stand guard on the porch. Hope you guys like him!

🐻 Biggest bear I’ve carved yet!
My cute helper is really excited about this one. He’ll be holding a lantern when he’s finished.
Help us decide if he should be a brown or black bear?

I have a nice variety of birds ready to fly to their new homes. 🦉 🦅 The newest one this week is a tall cardinal with a unique base. The 1776 eagle, two more cardinals, and the fancy barn owl are still available and ready to go!

Let me know which one is your favorite from this batch?👀

👻 Look who snuck into the pumpkin patch! 🎃

I just finished up this new ghost to add to my Fall carving collection. He adds just the right amount of spookiness and is currently looking for a new home. 🏡

Would you guys like to see more creative character-type carvings like this or the realistic ones?

Hope everyone has a good Sunday, and Go Bengals! 🏈
