Thanks for being patient with me, as you can imagine putting on an event like this is very taxing to my mental health and it often takes me a couple of days to recover, some years are harder than others, this year was very hard and I am afraid to say, for all the right reasons. This year was humbling, it was beautiful, it was hard, it was eye-opening, and it was amazing! I appreciate all of your support before, during, and after the event. Thank you

Junior/Adult Bring your Partner sign up is open from 10 to 10:30 AM and we will start at 11!

Raffle Baksets are up!
So thankful for all of our donors this year and the amazing committee members who helped make this all possible!

We will be hosting raffle basket tables instead of a silent auction this year, here is how it works.... You will pick an available number between 1 and 200 (can't be 6,9, 66, or 99) the first time you purchase a ticket(s), you will write your contact info in our "book of numbers", and then you will write that chosen number on all of your tickets instead of your name! You will use that number for your raffle basket tickets and 50/50 tickets! No more writing your name 239 times!! Yerr welcome ;)

Each raffle basket will have its own bucket for tickets and be labeled with cost of the ticket ($1 or $5) and the estimated value of the basket. You will place your ticket(s) in the baskets that you have the most interest in winning, increase your odds by placing more than 1 ticket in the baskets you want the most!

We have 1 "wireless holepuncher"raffle ticket in our "Outdoor" raffle basket. When that one is drawn on Saturday at 7 PM we will enter the winner into that raffle and draw after the baskets are finished.

As always, the Teschs'/Bulls R Us will be there this weekend for all your dart part needs! Karen Burton Tesch is always our first sponsor, she's been so supportive over the years and I can't say it enough, we wouldn't be able to make this tournament what is it without people like her! Thank you Bulls R Us!

The planning committee will be at the VFW on Thursday from 6PM to 8PM to collect final sponsorships, donations, and raffle basket/items!
I will also be able to do pick-ups between 5 and 6. Comment, call, text, message, whatever you need to do to get in touch with me to make arrangements! Thank you all so much for your continued support!

We love you all and we cannot wait to make some memories with you while fundraising for and all in memory of our sweet baby boy.
