💛 We spend so much of our lives pouring into our families, our relationships, our careers, our businesses and our communities, and everyone depends on us.

🫖 But, when was the last time you intentionally poured some of that love, attention, and care back into yourself?

On September 19th, I'm creating a space for you to do exactly that.

Join me from 2pm-4:30pm @ The House of Love in Raleigh, NC, for an afternoon designed around choosing you.

~ Come sip 🍵
~ Come paint🫟
~ Come breath 😮‍💨
~ Come laugh 😂
~ Come Connect 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾
~ Come receive 🫂
And MOST IMPORTANTLY.....
~Come POUR INTO YOU 🥰
Because self-care isn't selfish..................
It's sacred ❤️‍🔥
Come to the place where creativity, tea, and sound become a sacred act of self-care 🌻🌹

They say that sometimes you just need to stop and smell the roses. But these days I'm more intentional, I don't just smell, I feel, I breathe, and I appreciate what nature offers us. I feel the Spirit and the essence of everything natural. I'm grateful for my life and I intend to continue to appreciate each and every moment of it. 🌻💛🌻
