The Giggle Network The Giggle Network was created and Illustrated by Laurie Repetto, RN.

AS a NICU RN, Laurie created artwork called Milestone Badges to award preemie and special care nurseries' babies for reaching developmental and milestones during their journeys in the NICU. She has now collected and created these characters with bright big smiles for everyone to share.
